Part of my interest in Time and Frequency.  This is a US Navy Crystal Frequency Standard.  It was made by FEI (Wiki, Official web page).  The official web pages links to ThermoFisher.  At one time FEI purchased Aertech Industries (TRW Microwave) where I was working.
