LS-147 Intercom

These intercoms are part of my interest in military audio devices.
The LS-147(*)/FI provides two-way audio communications between two or more points. The LS-147(*)/FI may be used in an intercommunication system for a maximum of seven shelters or offices. All stations are connected in parallel to a single pair of wire.
Install the LS-147F/FI at the location where it is to be operated. The unit may be wall or shelf-mounted, or one end may be mounted on a wall and the other end on a shelf.

For Testing terminate Binding posts with 10 Ohm (10%) 5 Watt Resistor.

A - D = 60 +/- VDC
B - C = 45 +/- 4 VAC
Warning: it's easy to blow the FM02 3/4A fuse when
probing these test points!

You can make a "U" shaped jumper (which has no fuse protection) using common 22 AWG hookup wire with the insulation left on the bottom of the "U" so it will not short to the cap.
I've done this to allow measuring the actual current on the AC line and hopefully an find a resettable fuse that will replace the function of this very hard to get fuse. The lack of a readily available fuse may be why these intercoms are on the surplus market. If you know about this tell me. Note: Unlike most military equipment that has a fuse this box does not have a spare fuse.
