30 MHz to 1230 MHz Birdie Search

It turns out that in FM Wide mode there are a large number of birdies.  I think that there are two main sources for these:
(1) harmonics of the 20 MHz oscillator that is the basis of the LO for the wideband converter. This is mentioned in the manual.
(2) something related to the band switching points.  Most of the birdies go away when in any mode other than wide FM.  These same birdies are at band switch points.
