Background

Looking for an LCR meter that's easier to use than the HP rack size instruments.

Got the meter in Oct 2018, but did not do much with it since the manual is in Chinese. Got more accessories and the carry case in 2020 and so started this web page.
PS When there is a carry case to keep the accessories handy it's much better than the Zip lock bag I use for my Fluke 87V accessories.

Description

Test frequencies: 100, 120, 1kHz, 10kHz or 100kHz.

Tried the Cal function. Press and hold CAL until the display shows OPEn then press and hold to start 30 second countdown.
Works for the TL-21 clip leads.
FAILS for the TL-22 tweezers.

Note DMM Test Leads can also be used if you are aware of their parasitic impedance.

TL-22 Tweezers

These fail the CAL during the OPEN phase. There
The jaws of the tweezers are named "+" and "-" by the factory.
