This is a rack mount patch panel with 4 rows of 26 positions.
The top row is filled with lamps and the very left and right of the bottom
row has lamps, the rest are jacks. Some of the jacks have cables
attached and would reach the top or bottom of a rack panel. Some
of these cables have RCA plugs and others have phone type plugs.
In addition there are 7 patch cords included.
This was part of a rack system, but not connected. I never did hook it up.
