Background
Found this new counter on eBay
(search
for: VC2000 Frequency Counter) for a little
more
than $200. The interesting feature is that it also tests
crystals
and displays their frequency. In the photo above a crystal
marked
2000 is displayed as 1999.866 kHz.
Description
Need to have Chinese manual
translated. But it looks like a 2.4 GHz counter with gate
times
of 0.1, 1, 5 or 10 seconds.
The rear panel has a standard IEC power cord socket, a 220/110 VAC
switch and the 1/0 On-Off switch. No external oscillator
input.
